Our online portal makes scheduling easy. After you schedule your appointment, we will e-mail your intake paperwork to be completed prior to your appointment. Your bill can be paid through the portal as well.

Initial Examination
$240
This is an hour-long appointment for new patients looking to schedule a pelvic floor physical therapy evaluation.
Follow-Up (30 min)
$110
This option is for a 30-minute appointment for established patients.
Sexuality Counseling Initial Visit (60 min)
$220
This option is for new patients seeking sexuality counseling.
Follow-Up (60 min)
$220
This option is for an hour-long appointment for established patients.
Digital Consultation
$100 for 30 minutes; $200 for 60 minutes
This option is for a 30 or 60-minute telehealth appointment for patients who cannot make it into the office.
Sexuality Counseling Follow-up (60 min)
$200
This option is for existing sexuality counseling patients after their initial visit.
Please Note: We are not Medicare or Medicaid/Medi-Cal providers, therefore are legally unable to see patients with Medicare or Medicaid/Medi-Cal insurance.

Cancellation policy
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your appointment prior to the 48 hour window, you will be charged the full amount for your appointment.
